A short note to thank you for organising a jazz quintet, to play at the recent party, that we held for 1,000 staff to celebrate the 150^th Birthday of Great Ormond Street Hospital.

The event was a stunning success and enjoyed by all who attended.  The jazz quintet helped to set the perfect atmosphere during the early part of the evening and the committee received a very positive response from those who attended the event on the contribution that this made to the overall success.

On a personal note, I would like to thank you for your very helpful, professional attitude during the planning stages of the event.  Having never organised an event on this scale before or booked a jazz band, it was great to be able to leave the choice of music and combination of instruments in your experienced hands.  Your genuine concern to ensure the success of the event was greatly appreciated.
